32nd Annual Portsmouth-Churchland Rotary Bar-B-Que
Presidents Margaret Lane of the Churchland Club and Franklin Edmondson of the Portsmouth Club welcomed everyone to the 32nd annual Bar-B-Que held at the Frederick Campus of Tidewater Community College. Rodmans catered the event, while live entertainment featured the Original Rondels and Hotcakes.
